Jules is a dual certified Pet Stylist. She has also completed certifications for; Veterinarian's Assistant, Pet Psychology, Pet Nutrition, Pet Sitting and Pet First Aide. She has 20 plus years of grooming experience in professional salons. She specializes in Pomeranians, Toy Poodles, Dachshunds, Chihuahuas, Shelties, Cavaliers, and pets with special needs (i.e. heart conditions/seizures). Jules also has a Bachelor's Degree from the prestigious Columbus College of Art and Design and is a licensed Wildlife Rehabilitator with the State of Michigan.

Jules has grown up with a wide range of pets, including exotics. She currently has dogs,  bunnies and fish. She is a vegetarian and a plant enthusiast. Jules has been a dedicated foster for the Pomeranian Club of Michigan Rescue and Rescue Pets Inc, she is currently in the process of starting her own Senior Dog Sanctuary.  She has 25 years of volunteer rescue experience and is very good with skittish or nervous smaller dogs (such as chihuahuas).

Love for animals, professional training and artistic talent give Jules an outstanding ability to style and pamper your pet. She continues her education by participating in Grooming FB groups, reading blogs/articles/forums and staying in touch with fellow groomers.

Jules insists your pet is on a regular and reoccurring schedule. This helps build a trusting bond which in turn makes the grooming process go as smooth as possible. She gets to know your pet's temperament, general health needs and special requirements, the styles you prefer and which best suit your pet's life style.

The typical groom time for a small/medium size dog is 2 hours. A call/text is placed 20 minutes before your pet is finished. It is preferred to not cage your pet and the spa is not a day care facility, a prompt pick up is appreciated, yet no one is to arrive EARLY to pick up their pet. This causes the pet undo stress and excitement, which can lead to injuries or your groomer being unable to finish your pet's groom.
